GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES
The present terms and conditions of online selling are settled between MEDI-EVA STIL Ltd, on the one hand, and any other natural person or legal entity willing to make a purchase on www.royalfactory.md acting as a buyer, on the other hand.
Terms of delivery
The medieval articles of Royal Factory and Indian Medieval Armour brand ordered on the site www.royalfactory.md are delivered by means of national post of Republic of Moldova www.post.md and ecsspl.com at the address provided by the client. The client must provide just one delivery address. In case there are two addresses provided, the parcel will be shipped the first one. The client is informed about the shipping by an automatic message. The tracking number of the parcel will be indicated in the client’s personal account on the site. The maximal term of delivery is up to 30 business days. But, as a rule, a parcel is delivered at client’s address within 10-15 business days. Transportation expenses shall be born by the client. Transportation expenses are not included in the prices. It is automatically calculated on the site after the articles are put in the cart. The Company does not bear responsibility for delayed delivery of parcel in case of strike of post or airport employees, calamities, acts of God, any other circumstances that would hinder the delivery in time and that do not depend on company’s activity.
The customer will be informed by an automatic message of the expedition of package. The customer is obliged to follow the steps of the package delivery by the tracking code on www.posta.md or the postal service of customer’s country of residence. The tracking number will be communicated in the customer’s account on the site.
Tariffs
The Company has the right to change the prices of articles without previously notifying the buyers. For those clients who already made an order at old prices, the prices remain unchanged.
Means of payment
You can choose to pay for your purchase by credit card in a secured mode, PayPal or bank wire. The payments by credit card and Paypal are processed by the payment systems https://www.2checkout.com/ .
Our customers have now the possibility to settle the purchases via a secured and rapid bank wire as by a credit card or PayPal. There is no need to charge the PayPal account. You can now make a bank wire to an account in the European Community zone SEPA with the lowest fees up to 1 euro. The wire arrives in 24 h. If you choose this payment method, wire by 10% less of the total amount of the articles.

Return or exchange of goods
The purchased articles may be returned or exchanged only in case if the size does not fit or the client is not satisfied with the quality of the article. The client has to file a complaint immediately and to inform about his intention to return or to exchange the article and to ship it back within 48 h after receiving it from the post. Transportation costs shall be born by the client. Transportation costs shall be born by the client. After receiving the parcel at company's address, the administrator shall send back the corrected article or manufacture again at client's request.
